If it has a name would someone let me know? This is what I made: "Crispy Chewy Red Bean Jelly Rice" Heat up skillet, add 2 teaspoons of a good oil (I used a sunflower oil), keep at medium high heat. Put about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of rice in, keep it compact and press Red Bean Jelly into it lightly. Top with 1/2 - 1/4 cup rice. Cover for about 4 minutes, uncover for 1 -2 minutes, then turn off heat. You will see the jelly bubbling up from the rice. Allow it to cool a bit. When cooled a bit use a spatula to put on a plate. I topped it with crumbled cocnut puree, raw cane sugar sprinkled, sea salt. (I'm out of toasted sesame seeds or I'd have added some of them too 🤣) .. I served it with some fresh lentil sprouts and a slice of orange. A cup of tea and my supper was ready.. sweets and snacks for supper or whenever 🤣🍮🍡🍫
