yami_featured_image 我的减脂便当里有什么?— 燃烧🔥卡路里大作战! ————————————————————— 龙利鱼是我们生活中很常见的一种鱼类 它的热量并不高每100g有88Kcal左右 蛋白质每100g有13g脂肪含量100g只有4g 所以龙利鱼是一种热量较低高蛋白的鱼类 也是减肥减脂健身的朋友必选的鱼类之一 它没有骨头肉质鲜嫩可以说是怎么做都好吃🙈 我最常用的方法就是和芦笋一起烤着吃~ 芦笋也是减肥的时候很经常吃的蔬菜🥬 烤龙利鱼只需要放少许黑胡椒和盐腌制一会 我喜欢吃辣必定少不了辣椒粉哈哈哈😂 芦笋铺在最下面烤完会出水所以不需要放油 很简单并且无油的减脂菜有蔬菜也有蛋白质~ 龙利鱼也没有浓重的鱼腥味适合做成便当菜 还可以做成番茄鱼汤味道也很好我试过👌🏻 我的每餐里好像都有虾😂没办法就是喜欢 藜麦虾仁炒饭就是我的午餐主食啦🤤 带便当的时候蔬菜不多我一般都选择水煮 否则就几根菜炒起来也好麻烦🙈偷懒哈哈 但肯定不能天天水煮又无油不健康🙅🏻‍♀️ 煮蔬菜的时候滴几滴油保持它的颜色不变黄 再淋一点点酱油或者耗油调味就好啦 减肥其实不适合吃的太咸容易造成水肿 自己做便当花不了太多时间比吃外卖健康 提前规划好自己要吃什么然后准备食材 通常买的食材一顿肯定都是用不完的 所以我会尽量变着花样来做成不一样的菜😂 自己吃的也开心健康还能减肥何乐而不为? 只有自己坚持到底做一件事才能看到结果✊🏻 我反倒不喜欢上班的时候一到Lunch Time 就拼命想今天午餐吃什么😂我宁愿带便当✌🏻 # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # # 冬天就要吃点好 # # 温暖小家养成记 # # 亚米厨房 # # 团长群BO #
