昨天又做了9个bagel.这次加了蔓越莓,分享下过程,很容易成功哦~
🌸准备材料,把520克bread flour, 38克白糖,8克盐,300克牛奶,80克蔓越莓干,1个鸡蛋,4克酵母,25克黄油混合在一起,揉成团👇🏻

🌸放在温暖的地方发酵,大概1.5到2倍大的时候,取出来,分成9-10份,分别揉圆,二次发酵👇🏻

🌸把每一个小面团取出来擀成小长方形,然后滚成长条,在接口处捏好,变成面包圈👇🏻

🌸继续发酵,大概要20多分钟,因为我加了太多蔓越莓,这个过程有点久,发酵到面包圈变大到2倍左右👇🏻

🌸准备一锅开水,加入糖,白糖红糖都可以,我用了白糖和枫叶糖浆,把胖胖的面包圈放进去,正反面各煮30秒。然后放入400F烤箱烤30分钟取出来👇🏻
