I originally thought it was a large seasoning packet like a hot pot, but after opening it, I found out that it was a small seasoning packet that could make two meals, each of which has three kinds Seasoning: Chili Oil Pack/Seasoning Pack/< span class="s2">Sesame Bun.


 



There are two ways to eat Bobo Chicken. One is home-style eating, that is, after cleaning the ingredients, put them in the pot, and then add Bobo Chicken to taste. The skewering method is a little more troublesome than the family-style method. You need to prepare more ingredients according to your own taste and preferences. This time I prepared according to the ingredients left in the refrigerator: Chicken Wings/Qingjiang Cuisine/Little Egg/Agaric/< span class="s2">Cauliflower/Cauliflower/ 0 span0Lotus root slices/Tofu knots and more.

I don’t like hot pot. Eat while cooking, but after simmering for a while, turn off the heat and cover the pot and simmer, wait for the soup base to cool, and then take out the ingredients to eat..... span>

 



Wow! So delicious! Simply! Spicy is cool! I love this spicy taste! In fact, it is similar to the Mala Tang in Northeast China and Beijing, and the taste is slightly different, but they are all spicy. Northeast Mala Tang is mixed, Beijing is hot, it is said that the authentic way of eating this Sichuan Bobo Chicken is "cold"!


This Bo Bo chicken is really as advertised as "spicy and delicious, moderately sweet and salty, hot and cold, authentic and enjoyable", enjoyable! Really fun! This must be repurchased! Spicy lovers must try it!

舌尖上的四川:香辣钵钵鸡

这是测评大礼包中我最感兴趣的单品!最近刚好被晒单区的菜谱所种草这个调味料,在我下单之前收到的大礼包中很意外的竟然有它!真是太感谢亚米大大的心有灵犀啊!😘

为了真实的吃出四川名品小吃我也模仿包装的做法来试吃测评一番,先来个最后的成品照。

【香辣钵钵鸡做法】



 



原本以为这是一份像火锅一样的大包调料包,打开后才知道是可以做两顿的小包调味包,每一顿有三种调味料:辣油包/调味包/芝麻包.


 



钵钵鸡有两种吃法,一种是家庭式吃法,就是把食材处理干净后放入锅中,再加入钵钵鸡调味包一起炖煮即可,很简单又快速。但我想体验摆摊儿小吃的吃法,所以选择了第二种吃法:串串儿🍢的吃法.

串串做法相对家庭式做法麻烦了一点,需要根据自己口味喜好准备更多的食材,这次根据冰箱所剩的食材我准备了:鸡翅/青江菜/小小蛋/木耳/花菜/土豆片/莲藕片/豆腐结等等。

食材我都洗净并烫过一遍,竹签在穿签前泡盐水,既可以清洗又可以杀菌,自家吃还是更在意卫生状况.


 



煮熟/半熟的食材串好啦!接下来准备钵钵鸡锅底喽~


 



又拿出我的新宠爱锅:Amora多功能电锅.这次用它来做钵钵鸡烫锅,烧开水后加入调料包&辣油包.


 



加入调味包再次烧开后放入串好的食材烹煮,这时把第三包的芝麻包撒入,我又加了点葱花来提香.肉类食材多炖煮一会儿,蔬菜烫一烫就可以吃了,我没有像火锅那样边煮边吃,而是烫煮一会后就关火盖锅盖焖煮,等汤底凉了后再把食材串儿拿出来吃.

 



哇塞!太入味了!简直了!麻辣的很爽!喜辣的我很喜欢这种味道!其实和东北以及北京的麻辣烫大同小异,味道稍有点不同,但都是麻辣感。东北麻辣烫是拌的,北京是烫的,据说四川这个钵钵鸡地道吃法是“凉”吃的!


这份钵钵鸡果真如广告语那般“麻辣鲜香,甜咸适中,热辣冷吃,地道过瘾”,过瘾!真的太过瘾了!这个必须回购啊!爱吃辣的伙伴们一定要试试!

哇!吃完这些串儿我要切点鱼片,加点芽菜,这样也是“另类版麻辣水煮鱼”了!😋
