Lunch is also brought to school

Breakfast is porridge made of pearl rice + yellow millet + red dates
Lunch is quinoa + minced meat and beans + tofu salmon + cold chicken and cucumber
Dinner is costco grilled chicken drumsticks + asparagus fried shrimp + egg rolls + strawberries

午餐是藜麦+肉末啥豆+豆腐三文鱼+凉拌鸡丝黄瓜
晚餐是costco烤鸡鸡腿+芦笋炒虾仁+蛋卷+草莓
