Pour the eggs with salt and a small amount of cream (milk can also be used) into the pot, use a small fire to slowly solidify and a small amount of egg liquid can be taken out Just sprinkle some pepper on it 😋

# 我的早餐打卡 # 今天早餐是自制的炒蛋多士 之前在香港吃了澳洲牛奶公司的炒蛋多士🥪就一直心心念念 来美国后就一直很想吃 做法很简单 先把吐司烤一下（我用的是trader joe的吐司🍞真的好好吃！） 鸡蛋加盐和少量奶油（牛奶也可以）倒入锅中 用小火 慢慢凝固还有少量蛋液就可以拿出来了 撒上一点胡椒粉就好啦😋
