# 我的早餐打卡 # 滴,打卡第十天~ # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 滴,打卡第二十九天~ 这个鸡蛋饼早餐看着确实不咋滴....不过所谓饼不可貌相嘛!虽然看着乱糟糟但味道确实棒棒的而且绝对营养! 原料:鸡蛋,面粉,葡萄干,牛奶,一点点黄油 (不加黄油的口感真的没那么好...所以就加一丢丢啦😏) 用牛奶代替水来和面,煎出来的味道真的很棒棒哦!👍
