小雨帽在2018年的某一天终于成功的做出来这棒棒糖🍭蛋糕,虽然卖相还需努力,味道是比星巴克买的要好吃太多。


最初知道CakePop这个东西的存在是我导师经常在孩子生日或者其他派对上做,做的可好看啦,还有各种主题。制作过程有很多比较简单的地方小朋友也可以参与起来。


Youtube上有各种教程,看起来非常简单易学,但实际上,我的蛋糕球经常淹死在Candy Melt....小雨帽在惨败的经验中找到了些关键点,来跟大家分享一下。







小雨帽学的是迪士尼主题,这个除了做好CakePop对动手能力还是有一定要求。显然前者能很好完成,画脸还需再接再厉。

1. 制作蛋糕。这个很简单大家就按着蛋糕粉背后的说明做就好啦。第一次小雨帽偷懒想要用成品蛋糕,发现油份太多,捏出来的蛋糕球很容易散掉。我是用的Pyrex的玻璃容器,用之前一定要检查底部是否有可以放进烤箱的标志。








2. 建议把烤焦一点的部分割掉,之后做蛋糕球比较和谐。等蛋糕冷却掉之后,把蛋糕搅成均匀的碎屑。小雨帽是一手一块蛋糕,然后拿着蛋糕来回搓,然后在用简易搅拌机再把碎屑的颗粒打的更散一点。这个时候小雨帽就希望有个Kitchen Aid的搅拌机...不会飞的到处都是。



3. 在蛋糕碎屑上加一小部分Frosting,我一般都是一小勺一小勺的家,一整个蛋糕,加一到两勺就够了。加多了之后捏出的蛋糕球反而不牢靠。


4. 用挖冰淇淋的勺子,或者其他勺子来挖出一个蛋糕球的量,用手捏扁,把气泡挤出,然后轻轻的在两手之间滚,滚出一只蛋糕球。注意蛋糕球不能太大也不能太小。我觉得冰淇淋勺子的大小就正合适,小雨帽用的挖水果球的勺稍微有一点小。







5. 重点来了⚠️为了能让球更好的固定,建议把蛋糕球放进冰箱里5-10分钟。这一点对于初学者至关重要,否则球在滚CandyMelt的时候会容易散掉。


6. 建议在把所有的蛋糕球制作完成之后再进行下一步。把Candiquick放在微波炉里加热,建议第一次30秒,然后搅匀融化的部分再以15秒的间隔加热。如果买了Welton牌子的CandyMelt,可以加一到两勺橄榄油来稀释CandyMelt的厚度。







7. 把融化后的CandyMelt放进一只比较有深度的容器里,稍微高一些的玻璃杯也可以。然后用棒棒糖小棍粘一点CandyMelt,插入蛋糕球中。可以用相同的办法把MM巧克力豆黏在蛋糕球上做米老鼠的耳朵。








8. 最后就是给米老鼠穿衣服啦,把蛋糕球小心的放入盛满CandyMelt的容器里,注意不要扭动蛋糕球,否则会容易掉进容器里。拿出之后让多余的CandyMelt自然的随着地心引力掉落就好。可以用另一手轻轻的震动蛋糕球,来加速这个过程。







9. 画脸可以用牙签来完成,这个大家自己琢磨啦,主要还是需要多练习。

1. CandyMelt或者Candiquick在凝固之后怎么办?


还是可以二次使用哒。但是就使用感来说Candiquick比较好一些,稀薄度正合适,流动性也好很多,多余出来的糖分可以很容易的从蛋糕球上滴落。


2. 为什么我的蛋糕球总是从棒棒糖上掉下来?


有几点原因,蛋糕油分太多,Frosting放的太多,捏的时间不够久,Candymelt太厚。


3. 🍭蛋糕可以存放多久?


一般来说1-2周是没问题的,但是建议在一周内实用会更好。


4. Candiquick只有两种颜色,怎么做其他颜色的🍭蛋糕?


这个Youtube有介绍一款食用颜料,我是偷懒直接买到Welton家的粉色CandyMelt,但是真的不推荐,流动性不是一般的差。下次我也会实用食用颜料来加颜色,只需1-2滴就好。
