仙女喝“露水” | 夏日养眼甜品杨枝甘露🍊

杨枝甘露是香港很经典的一道糖水甜品🍮

淡淡的椰香和香浓的芒果泥配搭上西柚的酸爽

口味清新不甜腻还有Q弹的椰果非常的消暑🌿

今天把这道经典的糖水换个不一样的方式制作~ 


 

 




 

 



☝🏻第一款可以直接喝的杨枝甘露饮品🥭

· 西米 适量

· 芒果 1-2

· 西柚 一颗

· 椰浆 40g

· 淡奶油 100g

· 纯净水 适量


Step1.烧一锅水煮开后倒入适量西米煮10分钟左右,关火盖盖子焖它,直到西米变全透明就可以捞出用冷水清洗备用。

Step2.西柚剥皮尽量把白色的皮处理干净否则容易发苦,挑选西柚选择底部平稳,上尖下宽的。颜色呈现淡黄或橙黄的比较成熟也比较甜。芒果🥭切小粒装饰用,另外取100g芒果粒和椰浆、淡奶油用榨汁机打成泥状。可以按照自己的喜好加点糖或者蜂蜜~ 

Step3.准备好的浓缩芒果泥适量的纯净水稀释。找一个好看的杯子底部放上西米、芒果粒、西柚,最后倒入稀释好的果泥一杯夏日解暑饮品就制作完成啦!

我自己还多加了冰凉粉🌝别提多好吃了!!凉粉是在亚米上买滴哈哈!😆 一包冰粉粉混合1000g热水混合倒入容器冰箱冷藏一晚就可以,放室温它也可以凝结的哦~ 







 

 




 

 





 

 



✌🏻第二款可以吃的爆浆杨枝甘露便当盒子蛋糕

·戚风蛋糕

·鸡蛋 4

·牛奶 52g

·玉米油 40g

·细砂糖 60g

·低筋面粉 52g


Step1.蛋清蛋白分离在无水无油的碗里,蛋黄内加入牛奶和油混合均匀,再筛入低筋面粉拌匀至无粉状。

Step2.打发蛋白,分三次加入细砂糖,将蛋白打发至提起打蛋器蛋白有小弯钩即可。

Step3.3/1的蛋白加入蛋黄糊,轻轻刮拌均匀避免消泡,再将蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白糊中继续刮拌均匀,将混合好的蛋糕糊倒入28x28的烤盘里,烤箱预热374华氏度烤10-15分钟至上色。按照自家烤箱温度决定,牙签插入无粘稠物蘸黏说明蛋糕就是熟了。

Step4.烤好的蛋糕倒扣出来放凉后用模具压出适合的大小备用,没有外卖盒子用其他任何容器代替都可以的,或是直接做成完整的戚风蛋糕也可以的!


·芒果🥭爆浆奶油

·牛奶 50g

·椰浆 50g

·淡奶油 150g

·细砂糖 15g

·芒果肉 100g


Step1.芒果椰浆和牛奶用榨汁机打成糊状,再将淡奶油细砂糖混合打发至流动性状态和芒果泥混合拌匀就可以组装蛋糕啦~ 



 

 



Step2.先放一片蛋糕,再放少许芒果奶油,再依次放上西米、椰果、芒果、西柚再放少许芒果奶油,重复以上步骤做第二层最后装饰爆浆蛋糕就完成啦!
