室内烧烤神器必不可少

这几天特别想吃烧烤,无奈北国还是单位数的天气,室外冷啊!想起自己还有这款室内烧烤神器(在H mart)买的,立马腌好肉肉,准备大快朵颐。


来说一下这款室内烧烤盘,价格在$40上下,烤盘下有一个小抽屉,里面用来接滴漏的油脂,酱汁,我在上面铺了锡纸,每次清洗起来只要换锡纸就OK啦!





切鱼片的手法是麻麻教的,将鱼片对切一半,接着切一刀不切开,另一刀切开,展开就是一片鱼片啦!
