虎头牌的马蹄酥是我吃过最最好吃的马来西亚茶饼


马蹄酥又可以叫香饼,是马来西亚著名的糕点,


一般內陷以麥芽糖為主,但现在也有其他的不同的口


味。


因为这饼早期的样子长得很像馬蹄,所以叫馬蹄酥,


后来烤制饼的时候味道实在太香,整条街都是烤饼的


味道,所以在马来西亚又叫作香饼。



 

 

一个大包里面都是每一个饼的独立包装,携带方便,


但是餅皮特别容易碎,吃的时候会容易把饼碎掉满


地,吃的时候最好哪个盘子乘着哈哈。


我第一次吃的时候不知道它这么容易碎掉,掉到得整


个地毯都是饼碎,真心头疼。




 





这马蹄酥外面那层酥软的面皮其实没什么味道,比较


淡,但是却特别香。主要是里面馅料做的味道很特别


有点糯糯的,味道甜中带咸。一口咬下去就是外酥内


软。吃起来挺过瘾的。
