今天来晒减肥餐。大热天的做一个凉拌三丝好了。一个胡萝卜🥕切成丝,芹菜一根切小段,绿豆芽一小把,豆腐丝一包,全部食材煮熟,捞出过凉水。然后放生抽,香油,醋,盐,花椒油,拌匀就可以吃啦。@amys
