Yamiセレクション # 我要当测评官第10期 # 自制牛轧饼 牛轧饼真的是很厉害的发明。我自己本身很喜欢吃牛轧糖,无奈有时候因为太甜腻,吃一两颗就作罢。但牛轧饼这种产物完全就是做出来增肥用的,因为咸香酥脆的饼干搭配甜甜的牛轧糖正好中和了甜腻,在不知不觉中就可以吃下好多...今天就来和大家分享牛轧饼的做法,好简单,做好的自己吃送礼都合适~ 准备材料: 🔘苏打饼干/任何酥脆你喜欢吃的饼干都可以 200g(我在亚超买到的这款rebisco苏打饼干,一整袋里有10包,才99美分……) 🔘奶粉60g 🔘黄油50g 🔘蔓越莓干30g 🔘棉花糖 180g 以上食材配比是中和了下厨房好几个方子后我自己实战出来的,牛轧糖会略干一丢丢。另外大多数牛轧糖的方子会加坚果,我不喜欢,大家自行取舍。 做法: 1. 小火融化黄油; 2. 倒入棉花糖,慢慢搅拌融化; 3. 倒入奶粉和剁碎的蔓越莓干,搅拌均匀; 4. 关火,带手套,把小坨牛轧糖夹到两块饼干中间,重复即可。 冷却吃或者趁着温热吃都很好吃! *图片文字均由youbeing原创,请尊重原创,盗窃后果自负。
