「快手食谱」杭椒牛柳 昨天碰到小尖椒,像极了杭椒 (只不过是超级辣的版本🤣) 一下就特别馋杭椒牛柳🤤🤤 加上最近 @你是我的小蘋果 @眼影控 @FLORENCEE @冰凌燕小妖 的美食轰炸 所以今晚就忍不住啦 真的超级简单超级快~ 又香又辣,加上裹着酱汁嫩嫩的牛肉 可以多吃半碗饭!!! 原料:牛腱肉,青椒,姜蒜 调料:酱油,淀粉,料酒,蚝油 步骤: 1. 牛腱肉切薄片,加淀粉,酱油,料酒和油腌制10分钟。 2.多点油,牛肉滑入锅中,熟后立刻盛出。 3.爆香姜蒜,然后倒入青椒。 4.最后倒入牛肉,加蚝油,和一点糖来调味,炒匀出锅。 🔻小尖椒很辣很辣,怕辣就去籽,或者用圆椒。 # 百万积分第7季 #
