Home Edition "Yang Guofu Mala Tang"

I saw a malatang recipe shared by many people when I was reading Xiaohongshu. It is actually very simple. It is to use milk instead of water as the soup base. It is said that the taste Kill Yang Guofu in seconds. I also tried it once, and it tastes good. I don't know if it can kill Yang Guofu in seconds. After all, I haven't returned to China for several years.😂

The ingredients are very simple. I can cook whatever I want. I try to choose low-fat and low-calorie foods: black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, lettuce and udon noodles .

Udon is purchased from Yami.





Add oil to the pot, add the diluted milk after frying the hot pot base. The first time I only added low-fat milk, it was easy to pop the pot, and then it was about 1ratio1Diluted a bit and it's much better.





Then add side dishes and udon noodles~

Boil on medium heat for 5min. Noodles are cooked~





Multiply it out.

Because the soup base is milk, the taste is indeed much richer, but if you want to control the heat, it is best not to drink it all, because the oil is in it

My side dishes are not rich, in fact, if there are balls, bean curd or something should be more delicious, and noodles, instant noodles will be better than udon noodles , but udon noodles are lower in calories, so...Alas, it's all tears.

Milk I used low-fat milk, not sure if it would be better if I replaced it with full-fat.

Finally, in order to control the intake of salt, I did not add any other condiments. If you like, you can add sesame pasteGarlicVinegar, or hot pot dip , the taste should be better.😋

家庭版“杨国福麻辣烫”

之前在刷小红书时候看到很多人再分享的一个麻辣烫做法,其实很简单,就是用牛奶替代清水做汤底,据说味道秒杀杨国福。我也试做了一次,味道不错,能不能秒杀杨国福我不知道,毕竟好几年没回国了😂

做这个的时候录了视频,所以照片是竖屏时候的截图,都是实拍哦~




食材很简单,想吃啥就煮啥,我都尽量选的低脂的热量低的食物:黑木耳,香菇,生菜和乌冬面。

乌冬面购于亚米。





锅内加油,火锅底料炒熟后加入稀释过得牛奶。我第一次的时候只加了低脂牛奶,很容易噗锅,后来大概按照11稀释了一下,情况好多了。





然后依次加入配菜和乌冬面~

中火煮个5分钟,主要需要把面煮熟~





乘出来就可以了。

汤底因为是牛奶,确实味道浓郁了很多,但是如果想控制热量的话,最好还是不要都喝完,因为油都在里面哦~

我的配菜不算丰富,其实如果有丸子,豆皮什么的应该会更好吃,面的话,泡面会比乌冬面更好,但是乌冬面热量更低,所以……唉,都是泪。

牛奶我用的低脂牛奶,不确定如果换成全脂的会不会更好。

最后为了控制盐的摄入,我也没有额外加其他的佐料,如果你喜欢的话,可以加芝麻酱蒜蓉醋,或者火锅蘸料,味道应该会更好吧😋
