First, prepare a pack of special rice flour that is sold in many Chinese supermarkets (if not, you can also use a mixture of sticky rice flour and clear flour instead of ),

1⃣️ I used a bowl of flour and then Add a bowl and a half of water (the ratio of powder to water is 1:1.5 ), stir well and sieve.


2⃣️Boil a pot of water and use it for steaming rice noodles for a while;


3⃣️Apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the steamer to prevent sticking;




3⃣️ When the water is about to boil, use Take a spoonful of the slurry onto a plate (any stainless steel plate can be used instead), then beat an egg into it, use chopsticks🥢 Gently stir. ⚠️Don't put too much slurry, a spoonful or a spoonful and a half is enough, if you put too much, it will steam out. Very thick, affecting the taste;


4⃣️Put the plate down immediately to steam (the powder in the slurry will settle after waiting for a long time), Put the lid on, and you can cook in up to two minutes;










5⃣️ Use a Scrape in bit by bit and roll up. Don't worry about this process, otherwise it may be disconnected or the bottom side will not be scraped (don't waste it~)

在美国🇺🇸找一家肠粉店这边的非常非常难!

个人感觉大概是因为正宗肠粉店可能卫生很难过关,这在卫生至上的美帝里,肠粉店很难站得住脚(个人推测而已哦)

不过不要紧。外面买不到,自己还做不到吗?(金句出现了有没有!我好有才哈哈哈)

今天咱们就来做肠粉!






首先准备好一包很多华人超市都有的卖的肠粉专用粉(没有的话,也可以用粘米粉和澄粉的混合品来代替),

1⃣️ 我用了一碗的粉,然后加入一碗半的水(粉和水的比例是 1:1.5 ),搅拌均匀后过一下筛。


2⃣️烧一锅水,一会用来蒸肠粉;


3⃣️在蒸盘底部抹一层油,防止粘盘;




3⃣️ 等水快开了的时候,用汤勺乘一勺粉浆到盘子里(任何不锈钢碟子都可以代替),然后打一只鸡蛋进去,用筷子🥢轻轻搅开。⚠️不要放太多粉浆,一勺或一勺半的量就可以了,放太多蒸出来会很厚,影响口感;


4⃣️马上把盘子放下锅去蒸(等久了粉浆里的粉会沉淀),合上盖子,最多两分钟就可以出锅;










5⃣️ 用刮片从一边刮起,一点一点地刮进去再卷起来。这个过程不要着急,不然可能会断开或是底面的没刮起来(不要浪费嘛~)










6⃣️ 装盘,切开,再淋上特质的酱油~大功告成!
