I've always liked crossing the bridge rice noodles. But I haven't tried the spicy one yet.
So this time I bought a pack to try.
Is this rice noodle kind of dry rice noodle like the usual snail powder?
It's cooked fresh rice noodles.
Very easy to cook. It only takes 3-5 minutes. Quick and easy.
The cooked rice noodles are also very fragrant. The taste is slippery.
Now let's talk about the taste of the soup base.
Although I am not particularly fond of spicy food.
But this time I worked up the courage to add all the sauce.
The result is ok. It's not 1/3 as spicy as the snail powder.
So the spiciness is slightly spicy.
In the end, I will give it a 7. I like the rice noodles very much. The soup base is so-so.
I should prefer the snail powder kind.

所以这次就买了一包试试.
这款的米线是不是平常螺狮粉那种干米线.
而是煮好的保鲜米线.
非常好煮.只要3-5分钟就可以了.快捷方便.
煮好的米线也很香.口感滑溜溜的.
再来说说汤底味道吧.
虽然我不是特别能吃辣.
但是这次我鼓起勇气把全部酱料都加进去.
结果是还可以.还没有螺蛳粉的1/3辣呢.
所以这个辣度是微辣的.
最后我给打个7分吧.米线很喜欢.汤底马马虎虎.
我应该更喜欢螺蛳粉那种.
