Recently, I became obsessed with health care. I heard from a sister that she insisted on drinking tremella soup and her skin improved a lot. I was also a little tempted. ☺️ I saw this tremella in Yami. A lot, so I bought a pack to try. After the arrival, I was stunned. It was an oversized pack. It was really oversized! It’s similar to the packaging bag of the 400g black fungus 🤣 Haha, it seems that we will eat the year of the monkey and the month of the horse again~
The first time I cooked Tremella, I didn’t know that Tremella was so powerful. I tore a few big ones, and the area increased by about 10 times.
Tremella is very clean, and there is no need to deal with impurities after the hair rises. I just washed it twice and put it in the pot. According to personal preference, I paired some red dates and wolfberry, and the taste is very good! After cooking for about half an hour, I added two large pieces of yellow rock sugar in it. It was fragrant and sweet, and it was especially delicious! 😋
I really like the taste of the white fungus soup this time. The fly in the ointment is the effect of the glue that the sisters said in the comments. I didn't see it. Maybe it would be better to use a casserole? It may also be because I soaked too much this time, I will improve it next time, hee hee😁

最近迷上了养生，听一个姐妹说她坚持喝银耳汤结果皮肤都变好了很多，自己也有点动心了☺️在亚米看到这款银耳，净含量是68克，心想着应该分量没有很多，就买了一包试试。到货之后惊呆啦，超大一包，真的是超大！跟那款400克的黑木耳的包装袋规格差不多🤣哈哈，看来又要吃到猴年马月咯～
头一次煮银耳的我并不知道银耳发起来那么给力🙃我撕了几朵大的，结果面积大概涨了10倍😅得，煮一锅满满当当可以吃三顿了哈哈哈
银耳特别干净，涨发之后也不用处理杂质什么的，我直接冲了两遍就给下锅了。根据个人喜好搭配了点红枣和枸杞，味道很配！大概煲了半小时，又加了两大颗黄冰糖进去，香香甜甜的，特别好吃！😋
这次银耳汤的口味我很喜欢，美中不足的是姐妹们在评论中说的出胶的效果，我并没有看到，也许用砂锅会更好？也有可能因为我这次泡的量太多了，下次再改进，嘻嘻😁
