Another delicacy I only learned about through Yami: Nanchang Mixed Noodles. There are quite a few noodles that have been scrambled over the years, and this mixed noodles still surprised me. I have never eaten authentic Nanchang mixed noodles, but I like the taste of this one very much. Once the ingredients are poured, the pickled cabbage mustard oil is sprinkled with peanuts, the sauce and coriander are intertwined, and the fragrance cannot be stopped.

又是一款通过亚米才得知的美食: 南昌拌粉。这些年嗦过的粉也不少了，这款拌粉还是让我惊喜到了。没吃过正宗的南昌拌粉，但是这款的味道我非常喜欢。料包一浇，酸菜榨菜油花生一撒，酱香菜香交织，香道停不下来。
