我在这里提前祝大家牛年大吉.身体健康哦.
在我家乡.逢年过节都会来一碗年糕.
更不用说大年夜啦.
年糕是新年桌上必不可少的佳肴.
年糕的吃法也很多.
可以直接煮熟了后.倒入开水.加糖吃.
一般这样吃法都是早上.清淡.开胃.
也可以跟煮成咸汤.
或者拿去炸.
今天我用它来炒着吃.
加点鸡蛋.香菇.白菜.小虾米等食材.
怎么做.味道都怎么棒.
这种韩国年糕和我们国内的年糕口感很类似.
都很糯.也超有嚼劲.
我真的超级喜欢.
