This sesame paste is slightly less sweet than that of the Bikyu (Kyuubi's is too sweet) with some sourness, so vinegar should be added. I prefer this one by comparison. When I used to eat salad in Matsuya, Japan, I liked to mix his sesame sauce with another white sauce and add it to the salad. This is the taste of the two sauces mixed! ! ! Awesome! Will repurchase!
