Corn Pork Rose Fried Dumplings

Materials: 300g corn kernels, 750g pork, 45g soy sauce, 45g cooking wine, 20g salt, 20g oyster sauce, two shallots, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of chicken essence, 45g cooked vegetable oil, 15g sesame oil (the best oil is Add more, otherwise the filling will be dry and hard)

Finally, add the cooked corn kernel filling and mix the meat filling. When stirring with chopsticks, the resistance is not too large. If the resistance is large, add water. set aside
Prepare three or four dumpling wrappers, one on top of the other, and place the meat filling in the middle.
Fold the dumpling skins on top of each other and roll them up to turn into a rose.
This kind of dumpling is suitable for fried dumplings or steamed dumplings. I put a little oil on the pan and put four dumplings in it. After frying, add water and cover the pan with low heat. 玉米猪肉玫瑰煎饺
男票明天回来啦他说最喜欢吃玉米猪肉馅饺子,所以今天就去超市买来材料做。
居然在超市没有找到现成的肉馅,诚心锻炼我的臂力😂😂😂😂
材料:玉米粒300g,猪肉750g,生抽45g,料酒45g,盐20g,蚝油20g,葱两根,姜蓉适量,鸡精适量,熟植物油45g,香油15g(油最好加多一些,不然做出来的馅就很干硬)
我图方便直接用的李锦记姜蓉,很方便的平时放冰箱里想用的时候用干净的勺子挖出来。如果不爱吃姜,可以用姜泡水然后用姜水搅拌肉馅(肉馅一定要加水)
玉米粒过水焯熟滤水备用
我先剁肉馅,虽然很累但是确实自己剁的馅好吃
肉馅里面加入葱姜末,生抽料酒蚝油鸡精盐调味,肉馅一定要朝着一个方向搅拌才能上劲。搅拌的时候分三次把水加进去打水馅,大概一碗水的样子。
搅拌好之后把熟油加进去搅拌(提前加热稍微放到60度左右吧其实也不本重要,不要热油就行,会烫熟肉馅,)
最后再加入熟玉米粒馅就拌好肉馅啦,用筷子搅拌的时候阻力不会太大就可以,阻力大再加水。放在一边备用
准备三张或者四张饺子皮,一个叠一个,中间铺上肉馅,不要太多了包不住。
把饺子皮对叠然后卷起来就变成一朵玫瑰花啦。
这种饺子适合做煎饺或者蒸饺,我锅里抹了一点油放上四个饺子,煎一下之后加水盖锅小火焖熟,其实不用很久因为玉米是熟的,只要肉馅熟就可以。。
撒上葱花就可以出锅啦! 这个饺子加点蒸鱼豉油就可以,我觉得不用加醋好吃,因为玉米是甜的。
