Red Hot Spring Festival Prawns in Tomato Sauce

The shrimp I bought at costco are super big and fresh. A box of $20 is only one-third of the price. It can be said that the price is very high.

The ingredients are super simple: tomato sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, two cloves of garlic, cooking wine, starch.

红红火火过春节之茄汁大虾

上次介绍了一款素菜日本豆腐,这次来道海鲜,茄汁大虾。

在costco买的虾,一个超级大而且很新鲜,一盒20刀这些只有三分之一的,可以说性价比很高了。

材料超级简单: tomato sauce,糖,盐,鸡粉,蒜两瓣,料酒,淀粉。

先把一颗蒜撵成蒜泥,虾里面加入蒜泥,料酒和淀粉混合腌一下。

锅里倒油,下锅煎成两面变红,大概八分熟取出备用。

大概就这样就可以啦,一会儿还要回锅所以不要煎老了。

下面开始做酱汁,锅里倒一点油,放入剩下一瓣蒜切的蒜片,炒香之后倒入tomato sauce,再加入糖和一点点盐调味,糖可以多加一点,盐不要太多这个汁酸甜比较好吃,可以自己尝尝味道一点一点加。

稍微收一下下汁就可以倒入大虾翻拌均匀炒一下就可以出锅啦,确认一下虾熟没熟噢哈哈
