
Red Hot Spring Festival Prawns in Tomato Sauce
Last time I introduced a vegetarian Japanese tofu, this time I came to seafood, prawns in tomato sauce.
The shrimp I bought at costco are super big and fresh. A box of $20 is only one-third of the price. It can be said that the price is very high.
The ingredients are super simple: tomato sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, two cloves of garlic, cooking wine, starch.
First put a piece of garlic into garlic paste, add garlic paste to the shrimp, mix cooking wine and starch to marinate.
Pour oil into the pan, fry it until both sides turn red, about half cooked, take it out and set aside.








红红火火过春节之茄汁大虾
上次介绍了一款素菜日本豆腐,这次来道海鲜,茄汁大虾。
在costco买的虾,一个超级大而且很新鲜,一盒20刀这些只有三分之一的,可以说性价比很高了。
材料超级简单: tomato sauce,糖,盐,鸡粉,蒜两瓣,料酒,淀粉。
先把一颗蒜撵成蒜泥,虾里面加入蒜泥,料酒和淀粉混合腌一下。
锅里倒油,下锅煎成两面变红,大概八分熟取出备用。
