剩菜拼盘——吉香居海带 - 某天午饭吃的吃中餐馆剩的水煮牛肉,美式洋白菜炒面和硬梆梆的剩米饭… 环顾四周觉得缺点啥就把海带丝塞进去一起热了… 这个海带丝一点点辣,主要是酱香味的。芝麻味并不浓,海带丝偏脆,但略碎。味道可以说还不错,但个人更倾向于乌江的… 说起来这个塞海带丝一起热饭的操作… 是某次我给朋友带了我新买的海带丝零食,他午饭是一大盒米饭,于是就把海带丝倒上一起塞微波炉了… 结果出来之后海带的咸香味就逸出来了,听说和米饭拌在一起之后还很好吃… 本身想如法炮制,但我的剩米饭实在少而硬😂又混搭了一群乱七八糟,就这样了。 不过水煮牛肉(里面的白菜)是真绝色… 好想去四川吃一圈…
