Rock sugar red dates and snow fungus syrup

Share one of my favorite sugar waters! Snow fungus moisturizing, beauty, rich in dietary fiber (reduce fat intake)+ Jujube nourishes blood, rich in trace elements+ span> + Rock sugar to moisten the lungs = perfect match👍And the method is simple and can be made and eaten all year round (when Sydney is harvested in autumn, add the Sydney effectup up), awesome!  


Tear the two soaked snow fungus into small pieces, cut the red dates (I used 12< span class="s1">Grain, if you don’t like it, you can put less), remove the core and cut it into small pieces (this will add more flavor), put it in the water, boil it on high heat first, then turn to low heat and cook for about ten minutes< /p>




Add yellow rock sugar, turn to high heat (to melt rock sugar)



Wait until all the rock sugar melts before eating...I can't finish it Or if you like it cold, you can wait for the sugar water to cool and put it in the refrigerator before eating.

冰糖红枣雪耳糖水

分享一下我最爱的糖水之一!雪耳滋润、美容、富含膳食纤维(减少脂肪摄入)+ 红枣补血、富含微量元素 + 冰糖润肺 = perfect match👍而且做法简单,一年四季都可以做来吃(秋天雪梨收成时,加入雪梨功效up up),超棒! 


将浸泡好的两朵雪耳去蒂撕成小块,将红枣(我用了12粒,不喜欢可以少放)去核剪成小块(这样会更加入味),放入清水中,先大火煮沸后转小火煮十分钟左右




加入黄冰糖,转大火(为了融化冰糖)



等冰糖全部融化后就可以开吃啦……吃不完或喜欢冰凉的,可以等糖水凉了之后放冰箱再吃。
