There are three things that give me the most headaches.
1: The food you want to buy, Yami is out of stock, I don't know when it will arrive?
2: Dinner, what do you have for dinner every night?
3: What do you choose for the seasoning of the dish?
I went to buy a pack of "boneless floater" in the afternoon.
$4.50 a pack, a large pack contains individually wrapped vacuum-packed fillets.
Cooking method:
Fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
I just added a little salt and pepper.
(authentic).
Fry until golden on both sides and ready to serve. Garnished with green onions.
Full color and flavor.
The skin is crispy and the inside is tender.
I used "Lee Kum Kee, Hoisin Sauce" as a slight seasoning.
Also highly recommend "Lee Kum Kee, Hoisin Sauce"
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, selected from a variety of high-quality spices, carefully prepared with secret recipes, has a fragrant aroma, smooth sauce body and ruddy color.
Suitable pairings: Fresh fish shreds, stir-fried pork liver with north-south sauce. Cook fish, seafood, meat with a seafood flavor.
It's also great with dry lo mein.
Many brands have their own hoisin sauce, but I ask "Lee Kum Kee"
I have always loved Vietnamese noodles for the first time in the United States, and my heart will always be TOP1.
All right. So full tonight!
What are you going to eat tomorrow night?
Stay tuned for me, what's for dinner in the irregularly updated "dinner"?
The above is all the sharing of my "dinner" TOP1 sauces.
Thanks for watching.
If you like to eat hoisin sauce, please give it a thumbs up!
