I bought a product for my little bear, guess which one^_^










I especially like to drink soy milk, so the soy milk machine is the first choice for ordering.

And there is this stewing pot, two are timid, one is bold, and have not been used yet, but I have always used a stewing pot before, it is invincible and convenient to cook soup and sugar water, you can set the time and set it Time automatically fires, and you can eat it as soon as you wake up. The most important thing is that it is much more nutritious than pot-burning.






This steamed pork noodle tastes just right, don't be too delicious, haha, it's a big package and can be used many times.


Coix seed whitening and moisturizing water is already a household name, so I won't say much about it haha.



Jixiangju's mustard mustard with fungus is used to make shredded mustard. It is still Jixiangju.

As a Guangxi native, I still prefer Liu Quan more than Haohuan snails. The snail kings that I have been buying before, in fact, each has its own characteristics and is delicious, mainly I think Liu Quan is spicy enough~

分享一下我比较养生的购物单


有一款产品是为我的小熊买的，猜猜是哪款^_^










我特别喜欢喝豆浆所以豆浆机是下单首选。



美的的内置都是不锈钢的，比其他一些塑料内置容易清洗。



点Rice Grain Milk，差不多半个钟，基本敷个脸就OK了，已经煮熟可以直接喝。



四个小器具，都能派上用场。



我放最低水位线，出来浓浓一大锅，贼香。



研磨得非常细，过滤网也过滤得非常细。



早餐🥣



我喜欢黑豆豆浆，比黄豆香醇。



豆很大颗，每颗都饱满均匀。



黄豆我用来做菜和煲汤。



当然，黄豆我还有其他用途，那就是喂我的鼠鼠哈哈。毕竟自己买的都还是比仓鼠饲料包里的豆质量好太多，我的鼠儿无敌喜欢啃豆，但是不能喂多，会胀气滴。







还有就是这个炖盅，两个小胆，一个大胆，还没用，但是我以前一直用炖盅，煲汤煲糖水都无敌方便，可以设置时间，定好时间自动开火，一睡醒就能吃到了，最最主要是比锅烧的要营养得多。






这款蒸肉粉简直味道正，不要太好吃啦哈哈，很大包，可以用好多次。


薏仁美白保湿水已经家喻户晓就不多说了哈哈。



吉香居的木耳榨菜我用来做榨菜肉丝，味道适合与肉搭配，下锅热炒也依然脆脆的，零食吃的榨菜我推荐乌江，做菜的还是吉香居。


碎米芽菜也是用来做菜，炒肉味道特别香，芽菜的味道有特色又不抢味。


作为一个广西人我还是比较喜欢柳全多过好欢螺，之前一直买的螺霸王，其实每款各有各的特色，都好吃，主要我觉得柳全够辣～
