🌶桥头粉蒸肉调料 |轻松做出软糯鲜香的正宗四川牛肉格格🐂


前几天用买的桥头牌粉蒸肉调料做了一份牛肉格格(粉蒸牛肉) 真的是太美味了 完完全全还原了妈妈做的四川味道! 所以今天想要把这个川菜粉蒸肉"神器" 分享给每一个川妹子何爱吃川菜的美少女们💖 (粉蒸牛肉是四川省地方传统名菜之一 属于川菜系 主料是牛肉和大米 菜品鲜嫩醇香 麻辣适口 老少皆宜)



其实呢牛肉格格(也叫粉蒸牛肉) 是因为是把肉放在小蒸笼了一格格的蒸所以叫做牛肉格格哈哈哈~牛肉格格看上去麻烦 但是其实呢材料和过程都非常的简单! 首先需要准备牛肉(切片) 土豆一个(切颗) 然后适量酱油/料酒加上秘密武器——桥头粉蒸肉调料就可以做出美味可口的牛肉格格啦 新手也可以轻松上手!




准备好底料就开始制作👇

牛肉切片后码料 加适量淀粉、料酒、生抽和桥头粉蒸肉调料里面的酱料包 使得牛肉入味鲜嫩! (不需要再加盐 粉蒸肉调料里的酱料包味道就很足了)

30分钟蒸完再闷10分钟美滋滋! 因为桥头粉蒸牛肉调料是自带麻辣的 所以最后一份超级软绵香糯还带麻辣味道的的牛肉格格就做好了 有荤有素的菜真的够下饭了! 也算得上是一款老少皆宜的菜式!
