叉叉这一年做过的美食——早餐篇
锵锵~今天家里的牛油果还没熟所以有了↓↓↓
用蜂蜜涂抹烤好的面包然后摆上香蕉片 夹起来~

前天才知道原来晒单可以不止晒亚米买的东西🤣所以最近开始慢慢补裆啦~这个说的是我一般吃的早餐
其实上学期(和上上学期)我是个懒癌girl 早上十点的课九点闹钟 再瘫会儿洗漱完就该出门了 因为知道自己这个样子肯定没时间好好弄早饭所以在我刚到美国的时候亚米第一单我就买了两大袋达利园小面包(香奶味和香橙味) 还有众望小麻花(这个很好是分小袋装的) 以及台湾99能量棒等等
所以上午有课的时候我大部分是出门前抓一两个小面包带着😂
有时间的时候会好好弄一弄早餐 出镜率最高的就是全麦面包和牛油果了~ 还有煎蛋 毕竟要营养均衡嘛
下图是我去年刚到美国 餐桌还没到 床头桌到了的时候的早餐 牛奶+牛油果+全麦面包+煎蛋 也可以再加一些别的水果~麻麻说水果早上和下午吃是最好的(然鹅我总是晚上吃🙈)
当然天天吃面包也是会厌倦的 有一天我想念家乡的油条了🤔于是↓↓↓
这是第一次常识 虽然油条们长得还不错但是其实是比较实心的 没有很蓬 是用的酵母和的面
后来我又尝试了泡打粉小苏打以及混合发酵等等
终于在第三次的时候做得比较好了~(找不到图了🙈) 大家自己也可以试试 下厨房上面有好多配方
另一个比较快的就是cereal了
上学期我买的巧克力味的和加了莓果的 都还算健康 这个学期我找到了真爱就放飞自我了 看这一大碗色素🤭 彩色的碎片我的最爱啊🤣之前每次去sweet frog都会加 前天去foodlion终于看到有比较小盒子的卖了果断拿了一盒
其实我比较想在家里摆一排放cereal那个机器🙈放好多种想吃哪种吃哪种
下一位出场的选手是海鲜炒粉 就是一般那种美式快餐中餐厅卖的那种 一份很大我前一天买的吃不完第二天热一热配上煎蛋水果就成了一顿营养早餐~
还有一些情况下我会煮面 也是比较快手的
清淡一点的就是酱油面 煮好面加点酱油就ok
重口点的我会加老干妈或者一些拌面酱
再勤快点我会炒个面码 青椒肉丝啥啥的码上去
还有下面这个~热干面 芝麻酱加酱油醋芝麻油等等(按个人口味)拌匀然后拌面~美味 最后上面也可以再撒一些熟芝麻 香香的
总之我觉得早餐一定要好好吃~也要注意营养均衡 毕竟美好的一天从美味的早餐开始哦😝
