Eat the rainbow in one bite 😉

In terms of process, it is no different from ordinary Melaleuca   Just make the cream colorful(Here I choose White cream instead of colored crust   In the end, it turned out that my choice was correct😆)


I think the most troublesome part of lasagna is sifting the batter and spreading the crust   Then the last layer of cream   I tried to make a whole matcha lasagna by myself and it took about five hours.


Put out the crust first~To ensure the thickness of the crust is even, pay attention to the bottom of the pan temperature   You can place a damp towel on the Next to   Place Put the pot on a wet towel to cool down

一口吃掉彩虹吧😉




今年生日选择了自己做蛋糕   在八月底   因为之前做过一个蓝色夹心的千层   而且想搞事情   暑假的时候突然灵机一动   打算做个彩虹色的千层


由于我读书的地方太村   美国的各种甜点又齁甜   所以去年到美国之后我就开始了我的下厨生涯   顺便把烘焙也包了


这个文章汇总了我做过的所有千层蛋糕


彩虹千层是我开始做蛋糕以来做的第六个千层


第一个是拿同学的迷你煎蛋锅做的一个迷你千层   第二个是在那个同学生日做的一个抹茶千层   这两个其实都不怎么成功↓↓↓分别在下面图里


抹茶千层有个好处是无论你做得再怎么差做完了撒上抹茶粉就仿佛整了个容



后来慢慢找到诀窍蛋糕也越做越好了~~~下面这个图里右边第一个小图那个抹茶千层我做了21~


上学期买了食用色素   某次在微博上看到别人做了绿色的鸡翅   自己也有点想搞事情了


又想到有听说过人最不能接受的食物的颜色是蓝色   于是就有了↓↓↓这个蓝色芒果千层



其实除了颜色不一样   味道还是很不错的😆


然后就是这次的主角彩虹千层啦!


流程上来讲和普通千层没有什么区别   只是把奶油调成七彩的了而已(这里我选择了白色奶油而不是彩色饼皮   最后事实也证明我的选择很正确😆)


我觉得千层最麻烦的地方在于面糊过筛和摊饼皮   然后就是最后一层一层抹奶油   我试过一个人做完整个抹茶千层算下来花了五小时左右


先摊饼皮~要保证饼皮厚度均匀要注意锅底的温度   可以放一块湿毛巾在旁边   每摊完一张就把锅放在湿毛巾上降降温


最后还剩一点点面糊的时候我开始往里面滴色素玩   摊出了红色橙色和墨绿色的饼皮


然后打发奶油后分成七份开始调颜色   调紫色的时候我的同学没有操作好调出了十分暗黑的颜色🌚这个操作导致后来奶油有点不够用


色素在奶油里面搅开的花纹真的很好看!   我做上面那个蓝色千层调奶油的时候就发现了这个小亮点

饼皮和夹心都准备好后就开始一层层抹奶油啦

从下往上红橙黄绿青蓝紫倒着来~   这里已经抹到橙色黄色交界处了


然后就完成啦😝😝😝


放一张大图看一看~颜色还是挺正的是不是


(其实这个红色没有特别红倒像是粉色   带点荧光粉?🤔)



这是最后剩的一大块   大概是做好两天之后的晚上被我吃掉了   这里可以看出饼皮几乎都已经被染成了奶油的颜色   彩虹色更明显了   封面的那一块也是从这个上面挖的   所以我说做彩虹色奶油这个决定很正确😁




后面那个颜色很黑暗的就是调色失败的奶油和彩色饼皮做的小千层了🌚结果彩色饼皮都被染成了那个黑暗系奶油的颜色
