Cooking method:

4 Sprinkle some pepper powder.
5 When the beef is almost cooked, pour in the spicy red oil. (too still eat)
6 Add the shallots and onions and fry the beef twice.
Reduce the heat to the pan.
Take that beef to a corner.
Heat the corn husks in a pan.
