【Lobster Yi Noodles】

The big cousin is here again, this time to participate in the Yamik tester , ready to bring you some recent dishes~< /span>This article will offer lobster noodles. In fact, this is a regular Hong Kong-style dish. From snacks to adults, there are especially many wedding and birthday banquets. Recently, my cousin's buddy got married. After eating it at his wedding banquet, he was very fond of the sweetness, so he re-engraved it by himself.







CostcoLobster tails purchased using3Cut the strips into pieces, wash them, coat them with cornstarch, and fry them in oil in a frying pan until 8 mature ( If you are not afraid of wasting oil, you can choose to fry). After scooping up, use kitchen paper to absorb some of the oil and set aside. Then boil the water, cook the yakisoba for 3minutes, pour the water and drain.







Chop shredded mushrooms and scallions and fry the noodles with a pinch of salt. Next, stir fry the lobster with green onion and ginger in another pot, stir fry the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar evenly, put it in water and simmer for a while, then pour the whole into the yakisoba, let the noodles absorb the lobster juice.











Finally, put on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Very simple and sweet taste, endless aftertaste. If it is fresh lobster bought from the supermarket, the taste will be fresher and more delicious, but for convenience, I bought it at Costco . Watching the two of us eat all kinds of food regardless of the image, really liked it. This simple delicacy is also perfect for holiday parties at the end of the year~

【龙虾伊面】

大表妹又来了,这次为了参与亚米测评员,准备给大家献上几款最近吃的料理~这一篇就献上龙虾伊面吧。其实这款算是常规的港式料理了,从小吃到大,喜宴生日宴尤其多。最近表妹的哥们结婚,在他的喜酒宴上吃到了之后,就很回味那种鲜甜,所以自己动手复刻了一下。







Costco买的龙虾尾,用3条切块,洗干净后沾上生粉,煎锅放油煎到8成熟(不怕浪费油的,可以选择油炸)。捞起之后,用厨房纸吸走部分油,待用。接着烧水,把伊面煮3分钟后,倒水之后沥干。







切冬菇丝跟葱段一起炒伊面,放少许盐。接着另一锅用葱姜爆炒龙虾之后,酱油蚝油盐巴跟糖炒均匀,放水焖一下,然后把整体倒入伊面上,让面吸收龙虾汁。











最后装碟,撒上葱花就可以了。很简单很鲜甜的味道,回味无穷。如果是超市买的鲜活龙虾,味道会更鲜更美味,但是我为了方便,就在Costco买了。看我们两个人不顾形象各种吃,真是太喜欢了。这种简单的美味也超适合年底的节日聚会啊~
