幸福❤️两人食 | 简单鲜美的耗油香菇小白菜🍃




今天的第二个菜也是我以前没有怎么尝试过的 刚好家里的香菇是前几天做汤剩下的 不想要浪费掉就拿来做了一波好吃的素菜!香菇是我很喜欢的食材 小白菜(飘儿白)也是我很爱吃的蔬菜 脆脆的口感特别爽~这两个搭配起来也别有一番风味~

素菜的过程更是简单又好操作的~

👉首先需要准备食材: 小白菜(飘儿白)3 香菇适量 姜丝适量


👉准备好就开始制作啦!

Setp①首先将香菇加盐洗干净 然后切薄片 厚了不好入味~飘儿白改到切成两半 待用~

Setp②锅烧热 加入少量油+姜丝 再加入香菇炒制

Setp③香菇炒制好后 再倒入少许油(因为之前的油都被香菇吸收了) 加入小白菜炒制 再加入少许盐和一勺耗油炒香!炒香之后 加入少量水烧一下 以便香菇和小白菜吸收耗油的鲜香汁~

Step④水差不多炒干后 就可以出锅啦!
