The ramen is the texture I like and it's very firm and chewy. The seasoning contained in it is full. With garlic sprouts, coriander, vinegar, oily spicy seeds, soup base and vegetarian meat, there is something for everyone. I put all the seasoning in and added nori in addition. For me, who can eat mildly spicy, the chili oil is just right. The taste is really good, although it is not quite like Lanzhou Ramen, it is more like the breakfast noodles in the noodle restaurant in front of the country. Hahaha. It's also worth the price. The concentration of the soup is quite high, and friends who are not enough can cook vermicelli or noodles in it~

#新年flag美食打卡第5天 今天给大家带来的是有家乡(国内)味道的面条~迫不及待尝了昨天刚到货的牛大坊兰州拉面。拉面是我喜欢的质感很劲道、很有嚼劲。里面包含的调味料很全。有蒜苗、香菜、醋、油泼辣子、汤底和素肉,迎合了每个人的口味。我把所有的调料都全部放入了,另外还加了紫菜。对于我这种能吃微辣的程度来说,辣油全部放进去辣度刚刚好。味道真的很棒呦,虽然不太像兰州拉面,倒像是国内家门口的面条馆的早餐面哈哈哈。这个价格也挺值的啦。汤的浓度挺高的,份量不够的小伙伴可以在里面烫粉丝或者面条都是可以的~
