This year’s New Year’s Eve dinner is a coincidence, and I’m doing it too! But the stuffing is different! Not only does each household have a variety of fillings, but even their own family makes different fillings every time.
The stuffing made by Xiaocuner comes from my father's recipe. When I was a child, I watched my father make it, and it was subtly absorbed unknowingly🤣🤣🤣
It is a vegetarian stuffing, and the main ingredients are: carrots, green onions, dried fragrant, and bean sprouts.
Although they are all vegetarian dishes, the taste is crispy, Q-bounce, and the fried crispy spring roll skin, the taste is very good 🤗
Cooking steps:
1. Cut all the ingredients into shreds;
2. Pour into the pot and stir fry, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little salt;
3. Put it in a basket and drain the water;
4. Start wrapping spring rolls;
5. Deep fry the spring rolls.
tips:
1. Be sure to drain the water before wrapping, so that it is convenient for frying;
2. The spring roll skin can be sticky with starch water during the wrapping process;
3. When frying, find a deep pot and pour oil into it. It is best to cover the whole spring roll, so that the oil will not splash when frying;
