Good sauce, good life part: 2

Tonight, I used 2 good sauces and fried 2 good dishes.

Fresh Asparagus, Frozen Fish, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce
Frozen fish is thawed and cooked in a frying pan.
Due to my technical problems, I couldn't fry a whole piece, so I just smashed it and fry it. Fried golden.
A little olive oil in the pan.
Stir fry for 2 minutes, put in Lee Kum Kee xo sauce.
It depends on your personal taste! Add 2 tablespoons if you like salty.
Complete sautéed fish with asparagus in a delicious XO sauce.

今晚特别用了2款好酱,炒了2到好菜。

冰冻鱼肉解冻,用油锅煎熟。

看你个人口味吧!喜欢咸就加2勺。
完成 美味的XO酱炒芦笋鱼肉。
