
Beef Donburi Recipe Gyudon

Preparing materials
Konbu ---------------- 2
Bonito flakes ------------- 1 small handful
(You can also use kelp bonito stock instead of kelp and bonito, about 180ml)
Japanese soy sauce ----------- 2 tablespoons
Mirin and sake ---- 2 tsp each
A box of Richao hot pot beef slices
An onion, washed and shredded
A box of Maitake mushrooms, cleaned and root removed
Steps
[Step 1] Put a pot of water into the kelp and bonito flakes and let it sit for an hour, then boil the kombu bonito soup on medium heat
[Step 2] Add shredded onion and other sauces such as soy sauce, mirin, and sake to the soup
[Step 3] After the onion looks soft, add the beef slices and bring to a boil again, about a few minutes (beef should not be cooked for a long time to affect the taste) If you like it a little bit spicy, you can add Japanese seven-flavor chili powder
[Step 4] Pick up the beef for later use, put in the maitake mushrooms and cook until boiling, then boil for about two minutes
[Step 5] Prepare a bowl to put rice and other ingredients of your choice: such as seaweed, eggs, kimchi, maitake mushrooms, and shallots


日式牛丼蓋飯食譜Gyudon

來美國時在第一次去吉野家吃到日式牛丼蓋飯感覺超級驚艷!很喜歡挖一口熱騰騰的飯上面配著香噴噴的牛肉片與牛肉香甜醬汁滲透入飯中,吃一口不可自拔得一口接者一口就這樣把一盒飯吃光光了~現在再去吉野家不知為何沒有當初驚豔的感覺,或許是品質的下降又或者回憶總是美好的~現在自己比較頻繁下廚房,因為當初的喜愛這道也是餐桌上常出現的菜餚,隨手就做出的簡單快捷又美味,隨便搭配幾個小菜一起吃幸福感倍增~
準備材料
昆布 ---------------- 兩根
柴魚片 ------------- 1小把
(也可以使用昆布柴魚高湯代替昆布與柴魚,約180ml)
日式醬油 ----------- 2大匙
味霖與日式清酒 ---- 各2小匙
日超火鍋牛肉片一盒
洋蔥一個洗淨切絲
舞菇一盒洗淨根部切除
步驟
【步驟1】起一鍋水放入昆布與柴魚片靜置一小時後,生中火煮滾昆布柴魚湯汁
【步驟2】湯中放入洋蔥絲與其他醬汁如醬油, 味霖, 還有清酒
【步驟3】洋蔥看起來比較柔軟後加入牛肉片再次煮滾,約幾分鐘(牛肉不宜久煮影響口感)喜歡稍微有點辣的可以加入日本七味辣椒粉
【步驟4】牛肉先撈起備用,放入舞菇煮到沸騰後再滾兩分鐘左右
【步驟5】準備一個碗放入飯與其他自己喜歡的配料:如海苔,蛋,韓國泡菜,舞菇,還有青蔥
