Picture 1 is today’s breakfast: soy milk + fresh shrimp and egg salad
Because I don’t want to eat too cold things in the morning, I fished out the salad vegetables I bought from the supermarket (I think it may be I am the only one who eats salads so magically

I don’t have a lot of time today to be busy with other things
But I will eat it today I had two meals in the morning and evening
In order to make up for the lack of exercise

打卡打卡第二天
图一是今天的早餐:豆奶+鲜虾鸡蛋沙拉
因为一早并不想吃太冰的东西,所以我把超市买来的沙拉菜捞了一下(感觉可能就只有我这么神奇的吃沙拉吧
图二是今天走路的步数
今天并没有很多时间一直在忙别的事情
不过今天就吃了早晚两顿饭
为了弥补运动量的不足
虽然晚上吃了不少(罪恶感啊
今天打算早点休息,明天多锻炼!!
