#燃烧卡路里大作战# 【滴,打卡第十二天】 不知不觉已经晒到第十二天啦!每天这样坚持打卡突然觉得燃烧卡路里大作战也不是很难哈哈哈😄 燃烧卡路里除了控制饮食外当然还有就是运动! 呼啦圈是我觉得最轻松的运动啦…… 每一次看电视剧就在那里都可以转上二十几分钟,一点压力都没有,但是刚开始的时候会觉得腰上肉会有点痛😂 坚持几天就好了,或者刚开始可以买轻一点的,我这个是3磅的,我已经转习惯了就觉得还是轻的😂😂 转呼啦圈主要靠腰部用力,不适合腰部不好的人群! 在转呼啦圈之前,应当先做一些伸展运动,伸展韧带,避免扭伤 饭前半小时,饭后1小时后转呼啦圈 每次大约20分钟左右,且要坚持 转的时候一定要左右均匀,比如先向左转10分钟,再向右转10分钟,这样才能使腹部两侧受力均匀 不管哪项运动都贵在坚持! 谢谢大家观看❤️
