Drop, punch the 15th day
Today, I worked overtime temporarily to break the plan. I woke up very hungry in the morning and ate a lot. And continuous running legs are super stiff.
If you eat too much, you need to exercise more. Last night, I broke my quit and ate a packet of braised beef noodles. It was a sin.

今天临时加班打破计划,早晨起来巨饿无比,多吃了好多。而且连续跑步腿超僵。
吃多了要多多运动啦,昨晚破戒吃了一包红烧牛肉面,罪过罪过。
