300g high-gluten flour
Yeast powder 5g
Whipped Cream 200g
Caster sugar 45g
Matcha Powder 5g
Honey red bean amount
egg 50g
Butter 10g
Step1. Put salt/sugar/high-gluten flour/yeast powder/light cream/egg into the kitchen machine in turn, and knead the dough at low speed until it becomes flocculent, and then turn to high speed and knead into a smooth dough. Yeast and salt have to be isolated and open, responsible for affecting fermentation. If you don't use a kitchen machine to knead the dough by hand, I'm afraid it will be a waste of time. Don't ask me how I know it 😂😂 It's also OK to use a bread machine.
Step2. After the dough is smooth, add 10g of butter and continue to knead the dough until the dough can be pulled out of the glove film, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in size. Dip the proofed dough with a little flour and poke it with your hands 👇🏻The dough does not shrink, it means fermentation ✅.
Step3. Divide the dough into two parts, add matcha powder to one part and knead well. Cover with cling film and rest for 15 minutes.
Step4. Roll out the relaxed dough with a rolling pin. Don't make it longer than the toast and the box, otherwise it won't fit 😂 I just made it too long 🤭 Sprinkle an appropriate amount of honey red beans on the original dough, and then put the matcha-flavored dough on top of it. Roll up on one side! Pack it tightly otherwise it will be like my toast 😂 Head is empty! Put it in the toast box with the mouth closed, and put it in the oven or a warm place to ferment until the toast box is 80% full. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to help with the secondary fermentation~ If the oven has a fermentation function, it will be convenient!
Step5. Cover the fermented toast and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Pour out the baked toast while it is still hot and let it cool. I can't wait to cut it up and eat it before it's cold enough 🙈

红豆是自己做的蜜红豆可以调整甜度
大概卷吐司的时候包的不够紧
所以头顶的部分空空的哈哈哈哈😂
自己吃就不在意那么多了🌚
刚出炉的面包别提多好吃了!🤤
用淡奶油代替了牛奶🥛代替揉面
切完吐司手上都是浓郁的奶香味~
外皮酥脆内心湿润好吃的停不下来🙈
家人也都很喜欢吃是早餐的不二选择!

高筋面粉 300g
酵母粉 5g
淡奶油 200g
细砂糖 45g
抹茶粉 5g
蜜红豆 适量
鸡蛋 50g
黄油 10g
Step1. 厨师机中依次放入盐/糖/高筋面粉/酵母粉/淡奶油/鸡蛋低速搅拌面团呈现絮状,再转成高速揉成光滑的面团。酵母和盐要隔离开放,负责会影响发酵。如果不用厨师机用手揉面的话怕是要天荒地老别问我是怎么知道的😂😂用面包机也是OK的。
Step2. 面团光滑后放入10g黄油继续揉面,揉至面团可以拉出手套膜为止,盖上保鲜膜醒发至两倍大。醒发好的面团用手沾上少许面粉戳👇🏻面团不回缩就说明发酵✅。
Step3.将面团分成两份,其中一份加入抹茶粉揉匀。盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
Step4.松弛好的面团用擀面仗擀开不要长过吐司和盒不然放不下的😂我就是弄的太长了🤭在原味的面团上撒上适量蜜红豆再放上抹茶味的面团从一侧卷起!包紧了否则会和我的吐司一样😂头顶空空!收口朝下放入吐司盒中,放入烤箱中或者温暖的地方发酵至吐司盒的八分满。烤箱里放置一碗热水帮助二次发酵~ 如果烤箱有发酵功能就方便啦!
Step5.发酵好的吐司盖上盖子,375华氏度烤30分钟左右,烤好的吐司趁热倒出来放凉。我是还没凉透就迫不及待切开吃了🙈
