I often see the plot of the male and female protagonists eating fried rice cakes on the roadside in Korean dramas. The more I watch them, the more greedy they get. [Ingredients]

My ingredients are: rice cakes, kimchi (spicy cabbage), cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, chives, fish cakes, ham jelly, chili sauce , Korean chili powder, sugar, salt, etc..


















All of the above ingredients can be bought in the Supermarket, but my Korean hot sauce is bought at Yami..

Wash and cut all ingredients, and add the hot sauce+Chili powder+mix with water.





❶Hot oil in a hot pan and add garlic to the pan, then add shredded onion, shredded cabbage, carrot slices, and spicy cabbage to fry until fragrant.




❷Pour in the prepared hot sauce and add enough water.




❸Add rice cake strips after boiling. If there are no rice cake strips, rice cake slices are also availableOK< /p>




❹Add fish cakes and ham jelly when the rice cakes are almost cooked.These two are cooked food, so I put them at the end of the pot.





❺Add salt, sugar, appropriate amount, and when the rice cakes are cooked and soft, you can serve them on a plate!



Rice cake is the main food, and there are no rigid rules for other side dishes. If you have any ingredients, you can cook what you like. You can also add more water and soak it in the next serving. The noodle is the rice cake army noodle. Friends who like rich soup can also add some cheese.

挡不住的诱惑:韩式辣炒年糕

每次去韩式餐馆必点一道:辣炒年糕。有段时间很沉迷韩式辣年糕,每周都去吃一两次,后来考虑消费偏高就开始自己琢磨在家做,不一定是一模一样,但也绝对是好吃的😁.


韩剧迷的朋友都知道韩剧中韩餐出现比例最高的就是:烤肉,紫菜包饭,拌面还有就是炒年糕了!经常会看到韩剧中男女主在路边吃炒年糕的剧情,真是越看越馋,不论男女主颜值多高,还是被她们吃的韩餐所吸引。如果你也喜欢吃韩式炒年糕,或者你还没吃过年糕,那么你可以来看看我今天分享的韩式辣炒年糕。







【食材】

我的食材有:年糕、泡菜(辣白菜)、卷心菜、胡萝卜、洋葱、大蒜、香葱、鱼饼、火腿肉冻、韩式辣酱、韩式辣椒粉、白糖、盐等等.


















以上食材都可以在中超买到,但是我的韩式辣酱是在亚米购买的.

把所有食材洗净、切好,并把辣酱+辣椒粉+水混合待用.





❶热锅热油加入大蒜香锅,再加入洋葱丝、卷心菜丝、胡萝卜片、辣白菜炒香.




❷倒入调好的辣酱汁并添加足量水.




❸烧开后加入年糕条,如果没有年糕条,年糕片也OK




❹年糕快要煮熟时加入鱼饼和火腿肉冻.这俩本就是熟食,所以放在最后面下锅。





❺加入盐、糖、适量,等年糕煮熟软就可以盛盘上桌啦!



年糕为主食,其余配菜没有硬性规定,有什么食材,喜欢什么就加什么烹煮,也可以水量多一些,再下一份泡面就是年糕部队面了,喜欢浓郁汤汁的朋友还可以再加点起司,绝对是烫嘴也舍不得放下筷子的一份美味!
