没有任何破损拆包装拆到手软了真的😂

五芳斋的这款早餐粥真的蛮方便的~ 

可以直接食用或者微波炉加热盖子上配有吸管

而且分量真的很良心满满的一杯没有空隙！😂

撕开杯膜的的时候真的很怕会流出来！

• 红豆薏米粥

我觉得这款的味道吃起来很像八宝粥哈哈！

内容物有粳米、红豆、燕麦米、糯米、薏米

一杯下肚非常的有饱腹感热量也不太高

对比八宝粥的热量会低卡低脂很多~ 

可以感觉的出掺水不多甜度适中不会太甜腻~ 

如果加热食用的话甜度会增加一些！

口感香糯添加的粗粮谷物也是健康的营养均衡~ 

• 紫薯黑米粥

这款的内容物和红豆薏米差不多~ 

有紫薯、黑米、燕麦米、粳米、糯米

黑米吃起来的口感本身是有点QQ的

个人更喜欢这个虽然和红豆差别不大哈哈！

甜度也是正正好的黏稠度也适中~ 

主要食用起来真的很方便插上吸管就可以！

平时要自己煲五谷粥都要提前净泡谷物~ 

偷懒的时候就可以来一杯营养的早餐粥哈哈！

紫色的包装看起来也非常精致很可爱哦！
