👉How to:
1: Marinate the steak briefly with salt or pepper for 15 to 20 minutes
2: Heat a red iron pan, put the steak down and fry
3: Then put butter, rosemary and garlic
4: Drizzle the butter on the steak with a spoon while frying 😋
5: Fry the front and back for about 3 minutes each, and the thicker steak for about 5 minutes on the front and back, the effect is about 5 to 7 minutes as shown in the picture 🤗

材料:牛排🥩、迷迭香(rosemary)、蒜头、无盐牛油
👉做法:
1:先用盐或胡椒粉将牛排简单腌15到20分钟
2:烧红铁锅,放牛排下去煎
3:随后放牛油、迷迭香跟蒜
4:一边煎一边用汤匙把牛油淋在牛排上😋
5:正反面各煎3分钟左右,厚一点的牛排就正反面各煎5分钟左右,效果就如图所示约5到7分熟🤗
