Eel rice in summer

Today I bring you my Japanese eel rice.
Material:
Frozen eel, eel juice, botan rich rice.
Frozen eel, just pan fry hot.
Also cook some greens.
The rice is also cooked in a rice cooker bought by Yami. (This rice cooker is recommended).

Pour some eel juice over the cooked rice.

Put half an eel or a whole day, depending on your amount.
Add some chopped green onion.
Aha! I also have fish tofu soup. It is the best to have vegetables, rice and soup.

夏日里的鳗鱼饭
致敬2019年8月的最后一天。
偷懒了一季夏日的我。回来啦!
今天给大家带来我的日式鳗鱼饭。
材料:
鳗鱼冰冻,鳗鱼汁,botan 富贵花米。
冰冻的鳗鱼,只需用锅子煎热。
另外煮一些青菜。
米饭也用亚米买的电饭煲煮好。(推荐这款电饭煲)。

煮好的米饭倒些许鳗鱼汁。

放上半条或一整天鳗鱼,看你的适量。
加些葱花。
啊哈! 我还有鱼豆腐汤。 有菜有饭有汤,才是最棒的。
来来来,鳗鱼饭来一口。
