to give feedback. I bought onaka in early July and bought four boxes. I've eaten three boxes and I still have about one box left.
Two boxes a month. I can't remember exactly when I started eating. It should start around July.
After reading it, I remember that the waist circumference of the book 6/22 is 77cm
The waist circumference of 7/12 is 75cm (there is aerobic exercise but no abdominal exercise)
7/22's waist is 74cm until 9/28 is 75cm
10/26's waist is 72.5cm (10/10 starts doing abdominal exercises)
To sum up: only eating without exercise has little effect, and it must be combined with exercise.
Then when I was the aunt, I would go there, and eat after the aunt.
One tutorial is six boxes, and I plan to buy two more boxes to try after eating these four boxes.
Some people say that eating a box can't see the effect, I personally feel that it should be combined with exercise.

来反馈一下。当时买onaka七月初,买了四盒。已经吃了三盒现在还剩下差不多一盒。
两盒一个月。具体几号开始开始吃的记不太清了。 应该差不多七月开始。
看了下记得本子6/22的腰围是77cm
7/12的腰围是75cm(有做有氧运动但是没做腹部的运动)
7/22的腰围是74cm一直到9/28都是75cm
10/26的腰围是72.5cm (10/10开始做腹部的运动)
总结一下:只吃不运动效微乎其微,要结合运动来。
然后我是大姨妈的时候会空过去,大姨妈之后再接着吃
一个教程是六盒,打算吃完这四盒再买两盒试试。
也有人说吃一盒看不出效果,我个人感觉还是要结合着运动来。
