Originally thought it was a pot and a box, but a large box contained two small 北鼎 packaging boxes, one of which contained the main body of the steamer and accessories, and the other contained the stewing accessories. Although I did my homework, I was directly impressed by the appearance when I opened the box, because I have a spruce blue health pot and a green toaster of the same color at home. This green steaming pot is just a set. It is really convenient to use, and it steams faster than ordinary steamers, and the steaming time is less than a minute! And it does not spray water, which is very friendly to the kitchen countertop. Steaming food takes less time than a normal steamer. I steamed the lobster for 15 minutes, and steamed the eggplant in 20 minutes to get cooked through (reduced by 5-10 minutes). In addition to the appearance and the fact that I really need a steamer, what I value more about this steamer is that it is relatively safe to use. It can automatically power off when the water level prompts to add water and it is dry! It's very suitable for people like me who forget to turn off the fire when the water is burning... In addition to steaming, this pot is very functional! Similar to the health pot, it can stew bird's nest, soup, porridge, stew dessert, and steam yogurt! It is a pity that the steamer has only one layer, and steaming and stewing cannot be used together. I thought we could go together, but it seems I'm naive😂 but after looking at the official website, you can buy additional steamer accessories for the second layer, which will be added next time. Yami 특선 # 新品测评 ## 北鼎 # 最近中了北鼎的毒！亚米上终于有北鼎蒸炖锅锅卖了！！喜大普奔！这篇来个开箱～ 锅子寄到的时候依旧和以往北鼎的产品一样，包装防震措施做得特别好。本来以为是一个锅子一个箱，结果一个大箱子里面装了两个小的北鼎包装箱，其中一个装了蒸锅主体和配件，另一个装了炖的配件。 虽然有做功课，但开箱的时候还是直接被颜值折服，因为家里有了云杉蓝的养生壶和同色绿的吐司机，这个绿色的蒸炖锅正好搭一套。 使用果然方便，而且蒸起来比一般的蒸锅快速，出蒸汽的时间不到一分钟！而且不喷水，对厨房台面很友好。蒸食物比一般的蒸锅时间要短。我蒸龙虾的时间是15分钟，蒸茄子20分钟熟透（减少了5-10分钟的样子）。 我比较看重的这个蒸炖锅的点除了颜值以及我真的需要蒸锅外，还有它用起来比较安全，可以在低水位提示加水，干烧的情况下自动断电！很适合我这种水烧着烧着就忘记关火的人....... 另外这个锅子除了蒸，功能非常齐全！和养生壶类似可以炖燕窝、煲汤、熬粥、炖甜品、蒸酸奶样样都可以！而且一次可以炖俩，相比养生壶更适合人多的家庭。 可惜的是蒸锅只有一层，而且蒸和炖不可以一起使用。我本来以为可以一起的，看来我天真了😂不过看了一下官网可以额外买第二层蒸锅配件，下次入。 之后回来发布蒸炖锅菜谱，敬请期待～
