My wife @lucywjy single-handedly opened the coconut! No injuries, really great, praise! Dig out the tender coconut meat and eat it as sashimi, my wife's eyes are now narrowed into a line! Can't help but shout out that it's delicious! Oh my gosh, it's so delicious!
