I repurchased Baijia Akuan's soul-hunting rice noodle from Yamibuy. This time, I made a big pot of delicious DIY with a simple and single package of rice noodle~
This rice noodle can be cooked without cooking. Soak the rice noodle in boiling water for five minutes and then add various ingredients and eat it directly. The spiciness of fresh pepper and millet is still very high, and the vegetable bag (sliced bamboo shoots + seaweed) itself is also spicy, so those who can't eat spicy should be careful⚠️
The overall taste is very good. The rice noodles will taste better if they are soaked in a little more water for 7-8 minutes, but the taste is still quite heavy, so this time, I cooked a big pot with one packet of rice with my teammates.
When cooking, first fry the fresh pepper and millet with a little oil, and the spicy taste rushed out all at once. Then add a pot of boiling water, add various other seasonings, and bring to a boil.
Add shiitake mushrooms, lay an egg, and then add frozen tofu, crab legs, and tilapia fillets. When it boils again, turn to medium and low heat, put the fresh rice noodles into the soup, do not stir (it is easy to break), wait for 2-3 minutes, stir gently, add lettuce and cook until soft, and then serve. Peanuts, get it.
As soon as there are more ingredients, the taste is very rich, especially the frozen tofu, which is full of soup. After adding a lot of water to a pack of ingredients, the taste is not so violent! The rice noodles are very good, with a soft and glutinous texture, and the taste is also full after being soaked in the hot soup.
Usually, we often use a variety of heavy-taste fast food products for one person to DIY a small hot pot for two people. Don’t eat too much of the main food, add more vegetables and meat, you can eat super full, and the cost is very low~
