This is Mung bean pastry, it has 2 layers; the outside is a crumbly pastry and inside is mung bean paste. The mung bean flavor is pretty light and over-sweetened for my taste. I like the packaging of this brand, everyone who buys it has the potential to become a billionaire!😉
